Are you ready to be the next top chapter in California PBL? The Next Top Chapter (NTC) is an innovative program providing opportunities for local chapters to be recognized and honored for their year of hard work and dedication. Here is your chance to prove your abilities and become the leading chapter in the state.
The Next Top Chapter program is a chapter recognition program meant to not only measure your chapter’s productivity, but also serve as an outline for a chapter program of work and for the local chapter annual business report.
DIRECTIONS AND REGULATIONS
Activities are divided into the four categories of the local chapter annual business report: Chapter Profile, Productivity, Recognition, and Businesslike Procedures. Chapter activities to be counted towards NTC must be conducted between the start of the previous State Business Leadership Conference and start of the current State Business Leadership Conference. Activities are to be tracked monthly and a point system will be used to tally the achievements of each chapter. The chapter with the most points will be the year’s California PBL Top Chapter!
RECOGNITION
You will be competing against the chapters within your membership division of California PBL. The California PBL membership divisions are as follows: small chapters (chapters with total membership under 30 members), large chapters (chapters with total membership over 30 members), and new/reactivated chapters (1 year). The top two chapters in each category will be awarded at the annual State Business Leadership Conference in March and the winners receive a monetary award as well considered for the selection of California PBL Gold Seal Chapters.
SUBMISSION
The NTC Activities Form and all related documents must be submitted by e-mail to kristina@capbl.org by MIDNIGHT on Monday, March 19, 2012.
