Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda is the largest student business organization in the world with more than 225,000 members. For over 60 years, FBLA-PBL has been the premier organization for student college and career preparation. We serve as a bridge for the gap between classroom experience and the world of business by bringing together and professionally training students from all courses of study. In today’s competitive world, FBLA-PBL is the key to success. We build the future generation of community and business leaders.

California PBL has experienced incredible growth during the past few years. Since our reactivation in 2001, California Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. has expanded from a small base of 21 members to include 368 dedicated students, forming five new chapters just last year. Furthermore, our state officer team has developed many new ideas to further increase the quality of our programs, such as Adopt-A-High School and Next Top Chapter. However, we cannot continue to better serve the growth in our membership as well as give California members’ business and leadership opportunities without your help. Currently, our state chapter is solely supported by membership dues, and we need your corporate support. Whether it is to plan a state conference, fund a community service event, or implement a career achievement program, your donation and company presence will be effectively used in developing programs that directly benefit our members.
