Members not only network and compete with students from across the nation, they have opportunities to participate in programs designed for personal and career development. Outstanding members and chapters are also recognized for active participation and involvement in these programs.
PBL is committed to facilitating the transition of its members from their educational development into their career path. The competitive events program plays a central role in delivering on this commitment. The program allows members to demonstrate and validate their mastery of essential business concepts, skills, and knowledge.
PBL is open to post-secondary students of all majors and disciplines with an interest in business leadership. No matter where your career takes you, the skills you build and the people you’ve met are important in shaping your future. Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) student organization committed to preparing students for success in business leadership. As the largest student business organization in the world, FBLA-PBL is made up of about a quarter of a million middle school, high school, and college students, as well as community and corporate supporters
California PBL is led by a talented team of state and chapter officers, committees, and advisers. The state officers and committees work closely with chapter leaders to uphold the vision and mission of California PBL and to ensure that the needs of our members are met. All state conferences and events are planned and executed by members of the State Officer team.
